Adapting in the Time of Corona Virus

During these unprecedented times, we all are adapting to a new normal.  At Kitchen Outfitters, we have been working on new processes to allow us to offer our customers and staff a way forward.  The community that we are a part of is so very important, and we want to remain involved and available. As a brick and mortar store, we strive to provide the best customer service, product knowledge, and individualized attention as possible. Our focus has been here and will remain here, but we are adapting.  Kitchen Outfitters will soon offer online sales. This is a project that will take time, as we work to make our thousands of items available, with images and descriptions.  We ask for patience and understanding as this develops.

How to Receive Your Items

1: Curbside Pickup
We are offering curbside pickup from 10am to 2pm, Monday through Friday. All items must be paid in advance. To best protect our customers and staff, we are not open for browsing, our doors are locked, and we have a limited staff on site to allow for social distancing. When you arrive to pick up your items, give the store a call (978-263-1955) and your bag will be brought to the door. Please allow 6 feet of space from the door for a staff member to place your bag on the pickup table.  For Soda Stream exchanges, please leave your empties on the table where you find your pickup. Simple!

Knife Sharpening Service will begin again soon, stay tuned.

2: Shipping
We are offering free shipping on most orders over $50. We will pack and ship orders as fast as possible. Please note: some items may require adding shipping cost due to dimensional size and/or weight.

We have come up with some creative ways to help you with product choices. For example, if you are looking for a cocktail shaker, we

can talk you through the options and send you a picture of those options, thereby offering visuals and ideas to help you make your decision.
