KO Cooks! Staff Adventures

KO Cooks! Staff Adventures
The  staff at Kitchen Outfitters are quite close. We talk about everything, but mostly about what we are cooking, what we are thinking about cooking, what we are eating, restaurants we have been enjoying, restaurants we would like to go to…you get it right? Mostly food talk! I am sharing some pictures, and links to recipes the staff has been working on and talking about during this down time.
Hoping that you are able to stay positive while at home. Although we are apart, we are all cooking together!

Linda made this beautiful frittata:

Biscuits too

Jen baked this beautiful Lemon frosted Pistachio cake from the NYT.

I (Julia) have been working with flour quite a bit.

These delicious English muffins from our friends at the Baking Steel company:

Cinnamon raisin swirl bread yum!

Banana Bread from Curio Spice Co.:

Karen made this delicious looking fresh pasta:

One new recipe I’ve tried since the lockdown is Hob Nob Cookies from Bon Appetit. No eggs or vanilla and a mixture of flour and old-fashioned oatmeal. They’re an easy thing to make and they look great. I like the salty and sweet taste.

Can’t wait until we can visit and browse again.
