Acton’s very own Harris Hearth Breads will be at Kitchen Outfitters on Saturday June 1, from 11am to 2pm showcasing their naturally leavened breads and English Muffins.  Sharing their love of sourdough with the community resonates with us, and we are pleased to be hosting them.

Sarah and Andreas shared a bit about the bakery:
"Harris Hearth Breads is a licensed cottage micro bakery in Acton, MA specializing in naturally leavened, or Sourdough, artisan hearth breads. We bake bread made with stone ground and whole grain flours, carefully crafted by hand using ancient techniques and wild yeasts. Our breads feature only 3 ingredients: flour, water, and sea salt, and we would never have it any other way.
