Online Orders Shipping Policy
All orders shipped within the 48 contiguous U.S. states are shipped via UPS Ground. Your shipping charges are calculated upon checkout. Gift Cards are mailed via USPS for Free.
Kitchen Outfitters uses UPS for shipping. Please allow 1 to 3 business days for your order to be processed. You will receive an e-mail once your order has shipped providing your UPS Tracking number.
If an item is out of stock, you will be notified via e-mail or phone with the option to either wait for the item to become available or cancel your order.
We only ship within the 48 contiguous states. Shipping lengths vary by delivery address. If your order is being shipped within Massachusetts, the appropriate sales tax will be charged. If your order is being shipped outside of Massachusetts, we will not charge any sales tax.
Online Orders Return Policy
Online purchases may be returned with proof of purchase within 90 days from the date it was received, if new, unused and in original packaging. Food items and Gift Cards are not returnable.
For unused merchandise: Please return your item to us with a copy of your order receipt. Please repack the item in its original packaging and the original shipping container. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable and returns do not include prepaid shipping.
For damaged or defective merchandise: Please contact us at 978-263-1955 between 9:30 am and 5:30 pm EST, Monday through Friday, to report receipt of a damaged or defective item. We will arrange for pick-up and either refund or send a replacement.
