This multi-purpose fondue set can be used for oil (meat or veg), cheese and chocolate. For cheese and chocolate fondue, make a bain marie by adding an inch of water to the stainless steel pot, then place the white ceramic bowl inside and you are ready to go! For hot oil and meat cooking, simply remove the white ceramic bowl, put the splatter guard in place and you're ready to cook! This fondue set includes a 1.6 quart stainless steel pot, a 0.9 quart ceramic insert, a stainless steel splatter guard for meat fondue, 6 numbered stainless steel forks, and a stainless steel Rechaud/burner.
