This Chef's Slotted Turner is specially designed to lift delicate foods. The turner is lightweight, and razor-thin, so it can get under fish, eggs and cookies. It is also strong enough to lift heavier foods. The long slots provide less surface area for less sticking. Full-tang construction, measures 11" long by 3" wide. The turner shown is best for LEFT-handed cooks, but a RIGHT handed version is also available. Dishwasher safe. Made in Massachusetts since 1837.
